By booking with Lavish Party Express, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment
All reservations require a deposit to confirm your date. Full payment is due before the start of your event. Prices may vary based on event type, time, and location.

2. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance may qualify for a partial refund (excluding nonrefundable deposits). Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

3. Conduct on Board
Guests are expected to behave responsibly while on the bus. Any damage caused to the vehicle or equipment will be charged to the client. No illegal substances or underage drinking is permitted.

4. Safety & Liability
Lavish Party Express is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the rental period. All guests ride at their own risk.

5. Changes to Services
We reserve the right to make changes to the service offerings or terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any major updates in advance.

6. Use of Photos
With your consent, we may use selected photos from your event for promotional purposes on our website or social media.
